Prefabricated Riser
Description
Polyflow developed a riser system that can be coupled to the pipe in the field eliminating the need for any field welding. The coupling is a spliced style on one end connecting to the pipe and the other end is a standard weld style end. The riser can be prefabricated in the shop and tested before arriving in the field which reduces costs, reduces installation time and eliminates weld inspection in the field. Installation is rapid and done in the field with a portable machine.
